How the Sorting Process Works
 
The machine processes beans in four primary stages to ensure precision:
Feeding: Beans flow uniformly from a hopper down a slide/chute.
Imaging: High-resolution optical cameras or sensors capture real-time, 360-degree images of the beans in flight.
Analysis: The machine's processor compares each bean against a reference baseline or AI-driven parameters to detect color, size, or shape defects.
Ejection: Compressed air jets instantly fire to blow the defective or discolored beans into a separate reject bin
